strength is her amazing organisation skills and dedication to the business she started from scratch with just a hand full of clients.
Kate's weakness is she doesn't like spiders or the wet and windy Cornish weather !

Craig Vaughnley - Business Manager
Craig worked in Retail for nearly 25 years managing large retail outlets. He has extensive knowledge of recruitment and HR and managing business profit and loss accounts.
Craig joined Kate 5 years ago as the Business Manager and supports Kate with the administration of running a busy Accountancy business.
Craig's strength is he is very organised, his weakness is he loves running too much!
James Vaughnley - Accounts Assistant AAT Level 3
James Joined KV Accounting Solutions Ltd in November 2022 as an Accounts Assistant. James recently passed his Level 3 AAT and he is currently working towards further AAT qualification. He wants to follow in the footsteps of Kate and will also work towards becoming a Certified Accountant.
James' strength is he is ambitious and keen to learn all about the business, his weakness is his car!
